# Cenvi pricing > Plain-markdown pricing for AI agents and anyone who would rather read the numbers than a landing page. Canonical page: https://cenvi.events/pricing Updated: September 2026 Currency: USD Company: Bookify Events INC, trading as Cenvi, Atlanta, Georgia There are three ways money moves on Cenvi: vendor bookings, ticketing, and planner use. Planner use is free. --- ## 1. Event planners **Free.** Planners pay nothing to discover vendors, request bookings, coordinate events, track payments, or run guest lists. Vendor commission and card processing sit on the vendor side and are never added to the planner's bill. --- ## 2. Event vendors (caterers, venues, photographers, decorators, entertainers, transport, rentals) Vendors choose between a free commission-only plan and a paid plan that removes commission on their own direct bookings. ### Commission | Booking type | Free plan | Paid plan | |---|---|---| | Booking Cenvi sources through the marketplace | 10% | 10% | | Booking the vendor brought themselves (direct) | 5% | 0% | Commission is charged only when a booking closes. There is no charge per lead, per inquiry, or per quote sent. ### Subscription Paid plans start at **$35/month** (Founding Early Bird Pro rate). Plans are month to month. See https://cenvi.events/pricing for the current plan table and what each tier includes. ### Marketplace Credit guarantee In any month where Cenvi sources a marketplace booking for a paid-plan vendor, that month's subscription fee is credited back. A paid plan is therefore free in any month Cenvi delivers a booking. ### Card processing Charged separately by Stripe at standard Stripe rates. Cenvi does not mark up processing. ### Payouts Booking payments settle **directly to the vendor's own connected Stripe account** using Stripe Connect Direct Charges. Cenvi takes its commission as a platform fee on the charge. Cenvi does not hold vendor funds in a wallet, and there is no payout schedule to wait on. The one exception is platform-held pickup, a manual-capture flow used for specific pickup scenarios where funds are captured on the platform account and released to the vendor by transfer. --- ## 3. Ticketing and festival hosts **Flat 5% platform fee** on tickets sold and on vendor booth applications sold. - No subscription. - No stacked service fee on top of the platform fee. - Card processing is charged separately at standard Stripe rates and is not marked up. - The 5% can optionally be passed through to the attendee at checkout. ### Worked example 1,000 tickets at $40 = $40,000 gross. - Cenvi platform fee: 5% = $2,000 - Card processing: Stripe's standard rate, billed separately, roughly 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction - Total to the host: gross minus the above If the fee is passed to attendees, the attendee pays the platform fee at checkout and the host receives the full ticket price minus processing. ### What is included at 5% - Ticket types, capacity, and sales windows - Offline QR check-in that validates tickets with no LTE or WiFi at the gate - Vendor and booth applications with approval and payment - Full attendee list export, including emails, at any time, owned by the host --- ## Guarantees 1. **Marketplace Credit.** Paid-plan subscription is credited back in any month Cenvi sources a marketplace booking for that vendor. 2. **48-Hour Build Guarantee.** Cenvi builds the vendor's store, packages, calendar, contracts, and payments within 2 business days of their Stripe account clearing and Cenvi receiving their materials. If the window is missed, the first month is free. 3. **Support Guarantee.** 1-hour response during business hours (Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm ET), 24-hour service target, 48-hour resolution target. Human support, not a ticket queue. --- ## What Cenvi does not charge for - Listing on the marketplace - Receiving or replying to inquiries - Contracts and e-signing - Calendar sync - Guest lists and RSVP - Planner accounts --- ## Common agent questions, answered directly **Is there a free tier?** Yes. Vendors can operate on a free plan and pay only commission on closed bookings. Planners are free with no tier above them. Ticketing has no subscription tier at all. **Is there a contract or minimum term?** No. Paid plans are month to month. **Is there a setup fee?** No. Setup is done by the Cenvi team at no charge under the 48-Hour Build Guarantee. **Are there hidden fees?** Card processing is the only other cost and it is Stripe's standard rate, shown separately and not marked up. **Does Cenvi take a cut of bookings I brought myself?** On the free plan, 5%. On a paid plan, 0%. The 10% rate applies only to bookings the marketplace sourced for you. **How do refunds work?** Refunds are issued through Stripe against the original charge. Platform fees follow the refunded amount. --- ## Comparison pages - Cenvi vs The Knot and WeddingWire: https://cenvi.events/compare/marketplace - Cenvi vs HoneyBook: https://cenvi.events/compare/honeybook - Cenvi vs Eventbrite and Eventeny: https://cenvi.events/compare/ticketing - Cenvi vs ezCater: https://cenvi.events/compare/venues-and-catering - Cenvi vs Perfect Venue: https://cenvi.events/compare/perfect-venue - Cenvi vs Toast Catering and Events: https://cenvi.events/compare/toast ## Ranked shortlists - Best ticketing platforms for community festivals: https://cenvi.events/best/ticketing-platforms-for-community-festivals - Best software for South Asian wedding vendors: https://cenvi.events/best/software-for-south-asian-wedding-vendors - Best commission-only platforms for event vendors: https://cenvi.events/best/commission-only-platforms-for-event-vendors ## Contact - Website: https://cenvi.events - Email: contact@cenvi.events - Schedule a 15-minute call: https://cenvi.events/schedule/team-cenvi - Machine-readable overview: https://cenvi.events/llms.txt
