How festival ticketing works

Festival organizers create events on Cenvi, set ticket types and prices, and open registration. Attendees purchase tickets and receive QR codes. Vendors (caterers, photographers, etc.) can apply to participate. Organizers approve vendors and manage the event from one dashboard.

Ticket sales

Organizers configure ticket types (e.g., general admission, VIP, early bird). Cenvi processes payments through Stripe. Attendees receive confirmation emails with QR codes.

Vendor participation

Festivals often need caterers, photographers, and other vendors. Cenvi enables vendor applications: vendors apply to participate, pay an optional fee, and organizers approve or decline. Approved vendors are listed for the event.

Check-in

Attendees receive QR codes after registration. Staff scan codes at the entrance for check-in. Cenvi provides a mobile check-in interface for event staff.
