Where each one wins
Straight answer.
You only want a website, an app and online ordering, and you want month to month. Owner.com has no long-term contract and no cancellation fee, and restaurant websites and apps are its whole focus. If your online sales are high enough, Flat Rate removes the per-order fee, though guests still pay 5%.
You want the website and app, and also the phone answered day and night, catering with contracts and deposits, dine-in reservations, inventory and a register, on one system. Flagship is $499/mo on a one-year contract with no setup fee, and there is no Cenvi fee on orders from your own channels.
Straight Answers
Owner.com vs Cenvi, Answered
How much does Owner.com cost?
Owner.com publishes two plans: Flexible at $249 a month plus a 5% restaurant fee per order, and Flat Rate at $499 a month with no restaurant fee per order. On both plans guests pay a 5% order support fee. Both are month to month.
Does Cenvi charge a fee on online orders?
Not on orders from your own channels. Orders from your own website, app, store and phone line carry no Cenvi commission and no Cenvi guest fee. Cenvi charges a commission only on new customers it sends you through the Cenvi marketplace.
Is Cenvi Flagship a contract?
Yes. Flagship is a one-year contract, because Cenvi builds, hosts and runs your website and branded app for that year. There is no setup fee. Concierge, the plan without the website and app, is month to month.
Do I own my website and app?
On both platforms the software is licensed while you subscribe. Owner.com requires you to destroy all copies of the platform when you leave. On Cenvi you keep your domain, the menu and photos you supplied, and your customer list.
Can Cenvi answer my restaurant phone?
Yes. Front Desk answers calls and texts 24/7, quotes from your menu, takes orders and books open dates. It is included on both Cenvi plans. Owner.com lists AI phone ordering with a waitlist.
Can I export my guest list?
Owner.com has a guest list CSV export, and its agreement limits how that data may be used to its services. On Cenvi the customer list belongs to the business, and Cenvi never sells, rents or advertises to it.

Your Clients Earn Credit When They Book You Here
Corporate buyers like pharma reps, office managers and association organizers book through whichever channel pays them back. Every booking on Cenvi earns your client credit toward their next one. It costs you nothing, and it gives them a reason to come back to you instead of starting over somewhere else.
You Pay Nothing for It
The credit comes out of Cenvi's service fee, not your payout. You receive the full amount of every booking, exactly as you do today.
It Rewards the Person Who Books
The buyer sees what they will earn before they commit, so the repeat booking lands with you instead of drifting to whoever they call next.
It Builds With Every Booking
Credit accumulates and unlocks higher earn rates over time. The longer a client books through Cenvi, the more it costs them to go elsewhere.
They Can Cash It Out
Clients can trade their credit for a digital gift card from brands like Amazon, so the reward feels real from the first booking.
Rewards apply to bookings made through Cenvi, including from your own storefront. Program Terms.
