At Summer Fest, we’re here to raise awareness about the importance of getting your health checked—because small steps today can lead to a healthier future. We’ll be offering free body scans to give attendees insight into their health and help them better understand their bodies. We also believe that living healthy should be enjoyable, not restrictive. We also want to serve delicious, better-for-you options like refreshing smoothies and healthy ice cream alternatives. Plus,if it is allowed we’re planning to include a fun, interactive element—like a pull-up challenge—so you can test your strength and see firsthand that health can be both engaging and fun.
