Venue Terms & Regulations Agreement

Reservation & Payments

Upon the time of reservation, a non-refundable deposit equal to (at minimum) 25% of the total balance is required. Up to 120 days prior to your event date, an additional non-refundable payment equal to 25% of total balance is required & up to 90 days prior 3rd payment of 25% is due. Up to 30 days prior to your event date a non-refundable final payment of the remaining balance is required, along with final head count. All deposits (excluding refundable security deposit) and payments will be applied towards the final bill. 48-72 hours before the event, a refundable security deposit of $800 is required, however; it is not included/deducted from rental balance. The refundable security deposit is refunded within 3-5 business days after the event.

Food and Catering

All food served on site must be provided by a Licensed and Insured Catering Company. No outside food or beverage of any kind may be brought into the venue by the customer or the customer's guests without Premier Event Hall's approval. The catering agreement is exclusively between the customer and the caterer and does not obligate Premier Event Hall to any responsibility thereof. No cutting of fruits, vegetables and salads will be allowed in the kitchen. All foods including salads and desserts must arrive in platters ready to be served. No cooking (grilling, frying, etc.) will be allowed on the venues premises. The catering company is required to issue a Certificate of Insurance in favor of Premier Event Hall for general liability insurance not less than $1,000,000.

Food Service Deadline

All food service will end at 11:00pm including cakes and deserts. Due to insurance regulations and other health issues no food of any kind will be allowed to be taken out by the event's host, relatives, friends, or guests. After 11:00pm nobody will be allowed to come in the kitchen area to eat or request for food.

Photography

No floodlights, backdrops or studio-like setups are permitted. Photographers are to use their lights attached to their cameras and video recorders. Photographers are prohibited from standing on our chairs for photography purposes. Photographers are not to use any tower-like structures that could potentially cause damage to our chandeliers. Offending photographers will promptly be ejected from the venue upon violation of these rules and regulations. Premier Event Hall and its staff/representatives have the exclusive right to control the brightness of lighting in the hall.

Responsibility

Premier Event Hall will not be responsible for any damages or loss of any merchandise or any personal articles left inside or outside of the venue prior to, during or following the Customer's event. Customer agrees to be fully responsible for any damage done to any part equipment, furniture and/or fixture within the interior and exterior of the venue (including but not limited to the Main Hall, Bathrooms or Bridal Room) used by the customer or anyone affiliated with the customer including the customer's guests, customer's invitees, customer's employees, customer's independent contractors/agents. The event is expected to end within an appropriate time frame for all guests to have exited facility by the (lunch/dinner) event's cut-off time. Vendors are given an additional 1-hour to gather belongings. Each additional hour (for Emerald Room) beyond cut-off time results in $350/hr deduction from Refundable Security Deposit. Premier Event Hall will not be responsible for any inconvenience(s) and/or cancellation of the event(s) due to any inevitable occurrence(s) beyond Premier Event Hall's control (i.e: power failure, tornado, storms, hailing, flooding, pandemics, water damages and other unavoidable circumstances).

Decorations

No signs, posters, banners, or flags are allowed inside or outside of the building. Absolutely nothing may be taped, hung, nailed, stapled, or thumb-tacked on any walls, backstage wall or ceilings. Nothing will be attached to mirrors, sconces or chandeliers. No confetti of any kind is allowed. Any and all permitted stage and event decorations must be removed and collected by the Customer or the Customer's decorator at the conclusion of the event. No helium balloons of any kind are allowed inside the event hall.

Cancellations

In case customer cancels the event, no deposits or money shall be returned to customer. In the event that (if) Premier Event Hall (is ever) sold to a new owner, this contract shall remain enforced in its entirety. Neither party shall have right to cancel this contract except by mutual agreement.
